Preliminary Plans

The dates: SEPTEMBER 25 through SEPTEMBER 28, 2026. Four days to make it more worthwhile for those coming in from out of state. Preliminary plans as follows: Fri. Sept 25th - Meet & Greet Night (Pay as you go) SPICEY'S - Seaside Heights - 6 pm - Hosted by owner Wayne Cimorelli (TRS '70) - Sat. Sept. 26th - 1 pm - Farewell tour of the original Toms River Intermediate School on Hooper Avenue, celebrating over 60 years since we left there before our TRHS years. Class pictures will be taken in the school auditorium, just like they were 60-plus years ago for the Tribal Memories yearbook. From 6 pm - 10 pm - Dinner/Dance with a fabulous food buffet - live DJ - Photo booth (Venue TBD) - Sun. Sept. 27th - 1 pm Indian's Barbecue/Picnic at beautiful Riverwood Park in Toms River - TR Township of Parks & Recreation allows us to reserve the park for our alumni group! - Mon. Sept. 28th - Indian Lake beach day lunch at Lake Horicon Park - Lakehurst NJ 1 pm (BYOL) In case of inclement weather on Sept. 27th, the Barbecue/Picnic will move to Sept. 28th, and the beach day will be cancelled.
